1. Credit Refunds

All credit purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account. Credits are digital products with no cash value and expire according to their terms.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused credits or remaining subscription time.

3. Failed Video Generation

If a video generation fails due to a system error on our platform, we will refund the credits used for that generation to your account. You will receive a notification when credits have been refunded.

To request a credit refund for a failed generation, please contact our support team within 7 days of the failed generation with your account email and the generation details.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances such as technical failures affecting multiple users or service interruptions beyond 24 hours, please contact our support team for review. Each case will be evaluated individually.
